Generalities
Trulli Donna Isabella, a company under Italian law (hereinafter referred to as the Company) has developed this Internet Privacy Policy in order to conform its activity to that of a trusted entity that ensures, respects and maintains the privacy rights of Visitors to the online environment.
The Company is the owner (hereinafter referred to as the Owner) of the personal data processing. which may be collected through its website (hereinafter referred to as the Site) as defined by art. 28 of Legislative Decree 30 June 2003, n. 196 (Code on the subject of processing of personal data) as well as in compliance with Community legislation (European Regulation for the Personal Data Protection No. 679/2016, GDPR) and subsequent amendments. The Data Controller will process the data that may be collected through this Site for the purposes, in the manner and in accordance with what is specifically explained below.
Legal basis of the treatment
This site processes data on the basis of consent. With the use or consultation of the this site visitors and users explicitly approve this privacy policy and consent to to the processing of their personal data in relation to the methods and purposes described below, including the possible diffusion to third parties if necessary for the provision of a service.
The conferment of data and therefore the Consent to the collection and processing of data is optional, the User may deny consent and may revoke at any time a consent already provided, by contacting the Controller. However, denying consent may result in the impossibility to provide certain services and the experience of navigating the site could be
compromised.
As of May 25, 2018 (the effective date of the GDPR), this site will process some of the data in based on the legitimate interests of the data controller.
Data collection and purpose
Like all web sites, this site also makes use of log files in which information is stored collected in an automated manner during user visits. The information collected could be the following:

- browser type and parameters of the device used to connect to the site
- name of the internet service provider (ISP)
- date and time of visit
- web page of origin of the visitor (referral) and of exit
- possibly the number of clicks.
The above information is processed in automated form and collected in an aggregate form only to the in order to verify the correct functioning of the site as well as for security reasons (from May 25, 2018 these information will be processed according to the legitimate interests of the Owner).
For safety purposes (filters antispam, firewall, virus detection), automatically recorded data may possibly include
also personal data such as Ip address, which could be used, in accordance with the laws in force in matter, in order to block attempts to damage the site itself or to cause damage to other users, or however, harmful or criminal activities. Such data are never used for the identification or the user profiling, but only for the purpose of protecting the site and its users (as of May 25, 2018 such information will be processed according to the legitimate interests of the owner).
Visitors to the site can provide their data voluntarily to access some services provided from the Site (e.g. comments, contact forms, newsletters,..)
The data received will be used exclusively for the provision of the service requested and only for the time necessary for the provision of the service. The information that users of the site will consider to make public through the services and tools made available to them, are provided by the user knowingly and voluntarily, releasing this site from any liability in respect of any violations of laws. It is up to you to verify that you have the permissions to enter personal data of third parties or content protected by national and international standards.
The data collected by the site during its operation are used exclusively for the purposes mentioned above indicated and kept for the time strictly necessary to carry out the specified activities. In any case the data detected by the site will never be provided to third parties, for any reason, unless it is a legitimate request by the judicial authority and only in the cases provided for by law.
The data used for security purposes (blocking attempts to damage the site) are kept for 7 days.
Cookie Policy

A.1 I COOKIES

This is a Google analysis tool that through the use of cookies (performance cookies), collects anonymous navigation data (IP truncated to the last octet) and only aggregated for the purpose of examining users' use of the site, compile reports on site activity, and provide other information, including the number of visitors and pages visited. Google may also transfer this information to third parties where required to do so by law or where such third parties process the information on Google's behalf.
Google will not associate your IP address with any other data held by Google. The data transmitted to Google are
deposited on Google's servers in the United States. Under specific agreement with Google, which is designated as data controller, the latter undertakes to process the data in accordance with the Holder's requests (see at the bottom of the informative report), given through the software settings. According to at these settings the advertising and data sharing options are disabled.

personal data, in particular Decision 1250/2016 (Privacy Shield - here is the page information of the Italian Guarantor), so no further consent is required. The companies above mentioned guarantee their adherence to the Privacy Shield.
Responsible for Processing
The web hosting Seeweb is appointed as data controller, storing the data on behalf of the owner. The web hosting is located in the European Economic Area and acts in accordance with European regulations. Google is appointed responsible for the treatment, processing data on behalf of the Owner (Google Analytics).
