The price agreed for the stay in our B & B includes the use of the room, breakfast, the provision of towels and sheets, the use of Smart Tv and air conditioners \/ heat pumps, the use of all bathroom accessories, and 'use of Wi-Fi for internet connection.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Rooms will be available from 15:00 on the day of arrival, and must be vacated by 11:00 on the last day of stay.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The guest, upon arrival, is required to show a valid identity document, for registration, according to current legislation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Failure to comply with this obligation constitutes a violation of the penal code.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The acquired data are treated in conformity with the enforced norm on the privacy to the senses of the law 675\/96 and the Legislative Decree n\u00b0 196 of June 30 th 2003.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The payment of the balance of the stay will be made upon arrival in cash or by other means of payment enabled.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
By law, the B & B not being commercial activities, are not required to issue any tax document. To prove the payment is issued a non-fiscal receipt showing the amount and data of the stay.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
For Bed and breakfast the amount is \u20ac 1,50 per person per night up to 6 days. The amount of this tax is included in the price.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Will be delivered both the keys of the room and the keys of the B & B (door and house). It is strictly forbidden to produce duplicates of these keys. In case of loss, there is a penalty for changing the locks involved.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
It is absolutely forbidden to leave the key in the lock inside the front door of the B & B, which can hinder free access to other guests and owners.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
In case of cancellation 30 days before the stay, the entire advance or reservation amount will be refunded. In case of cancellation less than 30 days before the stay, 30% of the total reservation amount will be retained.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
In case of cancellation during the stay by the guest, the entire amount will be retained.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
In case of no show, without any communication, will be charged the full amount of the stay booked.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Breakfast will be available from 07:30 to 10:30 unless otherwise agreed with the manager of the B & B for special cases. It should be consumed in the breakfast room.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
In the case of any known food intollerances and allergies, guests are asked to communicate in advance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Smoking is strictly prohibited in all areas of the B&B.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
During your stay the bedrooms and bathrooms will be cleaned every day. If occupied, cleaning will be done the following day.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Please arrange your personal belongings in such a way as to allow such cleaning.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Bed linen is changed every two\/three days, while bathroom linen is changed daily.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Extraordinary linen changes are not included in the price, as is any extraordinary cleaning.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Is not allowed to leave objects of any kind in the hallways or common areas. The B&B is not responsible for objects left unattended.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Companions are not allowed to stay in the rooms. Failure to comply will result in a surcharge of 30% of the rate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Any damage caused to the B&B, after verification of responsibility, must be paid for by the guest in agreement with the B&B manager.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Objects missing from the rooms will be charged to the occupants.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
It is recommended a proper use of the toilets, avoiding throwing in the W.C. tampons, cotton buds and other objects that may clog it (it is recommended to use the appropriate baskets).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
It is also recommended :<\/p>\n\n\n\n
It is forbidden to use heaters, electric stoves, gas stoves and the like, as they can cause damage to the structure, people and things.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
It is strictly forbidden inside the structure and make use of drugs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The B & B disclaims any responsibility for the loss, theft or damage to items belonging to guests left in the rooms.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
It is not allowed to leave personal items in common areas. Otherwise we decline any responsibility.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The structure is equipped with a WI-Fi network for Internet connection, made available to guests free of charge. The password will be provided upon request.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
